MOUNT OLIVE FEEDING MINISTRY

Picture
                                                                                                                                     WELCOME!

Our mission is to provide nourishing meals to those in need without regard to race, gender, orientation or social economic status in the name and spirit of Christ. It is our conviction that person can better fulfill their potential when offered a helping hand.

The Mount Olive Feeding Ministry depends solely on its volunteers to prepare, serve and deliver meals. Without our volunteers we would be unable to feed needy families and individuals.

We know that your volunteer experience with the Mount Olive Feeding Ministry will be a Life changing experience. We hope to see you soon!

We ask that our volunteers come prepared to work and abide by the

following:

• All Volunteers must attend an Orientation session.

• All Volunteers must follow all food safety procedures.

• Volunteers should dress comfortably, preferably in jeans, t-shirts.

Tennis shoes or boots should be worn. For safety, No open-toe shoes are
allowed. Volunteers wearing open-toe shoes will be asked
  to reschedule their volunteer appointment.

• Volunteers must be at least 12 years of age to volunteer. Children between the
ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

• Volunteers must call to schedule a volunteer appointment. Individuals that just
“show up” without an appointment run the risk of being asked to reschedule.

• Volunteers must notify the Volunteer Coordinator if they are unable to keep an
appointment or if they are running late for an appointment.

• Volunteers are not allowed to remove donated food and/or product from the
feeding ministry. All donated product is the property of the Mount Olive Feeding
  Ministry.
